As an existing O2 customer, I was approached by a chap with a rather dodgy accent touting a whopping 45% off my O2 plan. Naturally, I raised an eyebrow at the proposition. To ensure I wasn't being pulled a fast one, I reached out directly to O2, only to find out it was indeed a scam, not an authentic offer from them at all. Stay alert!4 yearsThey claimed we were due £2,000 to £3,000 compensation for some ‘car accident’, which is total rubbish because we don’t even own a car or had any crashes.
