Had pretty much the same thing happen to me. Basically, they ring up saying my internet's been hacked or something. Then they want you to press 1 to chat with a "tech expert." If you press it, some bloke with an Indian accent gets on the line and starts telling you your IP address is under some kind of investigation and will be blocked soon. They say you need to pay a penalty to stop it. Total con if you ask me - just ignore and hang up straight away.
