Got a call from this number today, someone wanted to chat with Mr or Mrs Chevering. Told them there’s no one by that name here. The caller did say sorry and hung up. Yesterday, the same number popped up again, this time a lady claiming she was from Medicare ringing about personal alarms for sale! Seems like they’re pushing all sorts of stuff, but I’m not interested. Also noticed they called the day before, but we weren’t in and they didn’t leave any message. Honestly, they’re just a pure pain!

I received a call from this number at precisely 12.42 yesterday. When I answered, a woman simply said "hello." I responded, but in the background, I could hear the usual hustle and bustle of call centre chatter before the caller abruptly disconnected. It seems they realised I wasn't online, and thus couldn't be easily tricked. When I attempted to ring back, I found the number to be unreachable. Quite peculiar, I must say!

On the 22nd of May 2017, I received an unwelcome call on my private landline, which isn't even listed publicly. I've also taken the precaution of signing up with the Telephone Preference Service. It's astonishing how many companies seem to operate unchecked - they really ought to be hit with hefty fines to make them think twice about bothering innocent folks.
