I got a call from someone who sounded like they had a thick Indian or Asian accent, saying they were from BT and that my router had been causing issues for weeks. Then they just suddenly ended the call. I decided to ring back using 1471, since it looked like a local number, but when I called, they said the number wasn’t recognised. Bit fishy if you ask me.
