I just ignored it, didn’t bother calling back since there was no voicemail left.

Got a call from someone claiming to be Welsh Water, telling me my one-off 3 year insurance for drains and sewers was about to expire. The bloke was pretty pushy, saying I had to pay up straight away. When I rang Welsh Water myself, they said they don’t offer or suggest any insurance like that. The phone code was from Chelmsford, Essex. Welsh Water confirmed it was definitely a SCAM.
