So, I got a call from a couple of people claiming to be from Sky broadband, saying hackers from the US had got into my accounts. They told me to download a couple of apps, which I went ahead and did as they said. Then they asked for my bank info and even the PIN I use to lock my phone. I told them no way, that's ridiculous! I said I needed to hang up and that they should call me back tomorrow, but they never did. The whole thing was a scam, and they spoke with a strong Indian accent.
