I received a missed call around half past seven this evening but didn’t bother ringing back. I decided to look it up on this service instead. I believe it's the second time I've received such a call. After my recent hospital appointment, it's not unusual to receive these sorts of follow-ups. They might just be "ambulance chasers". I can’t help but wonder why the NHS feels it's acceptable to share personal information. Isn’t confidentiality supposed to be a priority?
