I got a call on 6th Nov 2020 around 10:54am. The person said I’d been in an accident and it wasn’t my fault. I wanted to know if they were aware of the telephone preference service, but they just asked when the accident took place. I kept mentioning the TPS again and told them the call was against the rules, then I hung up.
