I just got a call from sosmartmoney, they deal with mortgages and insurance and are located in Chester. They didn't leave any voicemail. Seems like they're doing cold calling on mobile phones, which I believe breaks the financial services act rules they are supposed to follow. Since I’ve never had any deal with them before, this feels pretty illegal. I’m definitely going to report them to the fica about this.
