Got a ring from a number in the Philippines claiming to do a loft insulation survey for a UK energy firm. The lady on the phone was insistent it was legit but wouldn’t entertain the idea she might not be genuine. She just wanted to go through some simple questions, so I ended the call. I’d actually missed a call from the same number before, but this time I was more prepared. Blocked them now.
