Don’t bother with them, I work in construction and got a call from someone trying to flog me roof insulation. I ended up explaining everything I’ve got - the walls, the windows, why solar panels aren’t ideal here, why ground source heat pumps aren’t practical, and that air source ones are the better option. Then they tried to lecture me on health and safety stuff, but I’ve got my own H&S quals and a CSCS card. They just hung up on me! Was actually hoping for a proper chat about the pros and cons of triple glazing compared to double glazing and the whole CSCS card thing. Honestly, what a bunch of muppets. It’s disgraceful that these lowlifes seem to have access to my ex-directory number, despite being registered with the TPS. I've encountered similar calls from numbers based in Chester before.
