I received the exact same call roughly twenty minutes back.

Blimey, the antics of these folks are becoming utterly ridiculous! Despite having made it clear that we’re in the midst of arranging a Debt Management Plan, they just can't seem to get it through their heads. We explicitly told them that we wouldn't be making any payments over the weekend, but it appears they’re not taking it on board. Honestly, it’s starting to feel a bit like harassment. To top it off, rather than picking up the phone, they've opted to bombard us with text messages earlier today! What's infuriating is that they didn’t even include any details about who’s trying to contact us!
