We recently received a communication from these individuals claiming that we've somehow accessed their funds via a credit card with MBNA. Honestly, we’re baffled by this entirely, as we have no association with MBNA whatsoever. It feels as if they’ve lost the plot or perhaps are just having a bad dream. Let’s be clear, £7000 is no small matter, and we’re not laughing about this.

They persist in ringing us, believing we're someone else entirely. I've asked them to stop multiple times now, but it seems to fall on deaf ears.

I've come across the representatives from that debt collection agency based in Preston, known as NCO Shopping Europe Ltd, operating under the name RMA. Honestly, their approach can be rather fierce and off-putting. For anyone who might be dealing with them, my advice is to steer clear of any engagement. It appears that they may be overstepping their legal boundaries in their pursuit for payments from individuals. I suggest giving them a quick search online; there are several discussions and articles detailing experiences with them across various platforms.

It's MBNA, you see. This mob has a hefty portfolio of credit card and loan businesses under their belt. So, if you've got no financial ties with them, it's wise to investigate which company actually owns the lender you’re dealing with. You might be surprised!

I received calls on both my landline and mobile, but they both are using voicemail services, with no messages left behind. I'm starting to think these folks might be trying to sell us something, but I'm puzzled about how they got hold of our mobile number in the first place. I thought it might be wise to research them a tad before I consider calling them back.

We’re quite baffled by this lot, to be honest. We received some correspondence from them, claiming that we supposedly have a credit card with them and a debt of £5,000 hanging over our heads. The thing is, we only ever had one credit card with our bank, and we've never sought one from these individuals. It feels as though they're just a dodgy outfit generating confusion and stress. We're seriously contemplating reporting them to the authorities for what seems to be deceptive practices, or perhaps even taking legal action as they’re certainly causing a right stir in the community.

I received a call from an Irish gentleman named Paul, who was inquiring about an individual that might have been employed with us. His questions struck me as a bit off, and there was certainly something peculiar about the way he was approaching the matter.

I'm not sure who this number belongs to. When I dial it, the 0 seems to show up as a +, making any call back lead to an incorrect number. Let’s not jump to conclusions about who it could be. I suppose it’s probably just a credit company.

Just received a postcard this afternoon from Mbna regarding one of our previous tenants. It mentioned that a call will be made this month for that individual. I reckon they'd better get a move on - there's only a fortnight left until they’ve all taken their leave!

I recently received a call from an individual associated with a debt recovery agency based in Preston, known as NCO Europe Ltd, operating under the name RMA. Their approach can be quite forceful, to say the least. I strongly advise against engaging with them. It seems they might not always adhere to the legal boundaries when it comes to collecting debts. I recommend doing a bit of research online-there are plenty of articles and discussions that highlight their questionable practices.
