I've marked it as a scam for now, but I might change my mind down the line. The callers went round in circles a bit, probably since most folks they chat with aren’t really tech-savvy. Still, from what I gathered, their service looks decent and could be better value and benefits than what we have at the moment.

I got a call from someone saying they were with BT & EE, but really it was just to push EE Broadband on me. When I asked if they were trying to sell me anything, they said no, it was just some sort of service check nearby. Then they quickly tried to book an engineer appointment to switch me over. Felt pretty sneaky and dodgy to me. Told them to stop calling and leave me alone.
