Some days they ring up to three times just to hear me say the same thing. I’m not stupid, yet I can’t understand why they’ve probably called me around fifty times. They called me by my name and started chatting about Buy to Let stuff - really caught me off guard. I only realised what was going on after I ended the call. Told them I wasn’t interested and then blocked the number. Heads up, this isn’t some overseas scam, it’s from someone in the UK, sounded like a proper well-spoken English person too.

A few months back they called pretending to be from Sky. I ignored it. Rang Sky myself and a rep told me they never call customers directly. They warned me not to share any details and to ring Sky straight away if anyone claims to be from them. Could be risky. Definitely feels like harassment.
