Got a call about some loft insulation they said we'd had put in, saying it was causing condensation. Thing is, we never had our loft insulated at all! Told the guy that but he just wouldn’t stop going on, so in the end I just hung up on him. What a waste of time.

Got a call this morning around 9.50 from 01244 478417. I picked up and said hello but there was nothing, just silence on the other end. No sound at all, so it could be some kind of scam, but I’m not sure. Looks like 6 others have had calls from this number today (29/7/20), one at the same time as me. Maybe it’s an automated system that’s meant to leave a message if it connects to an answerphone. If they ring back, I’ll just let it ring and see what happens.
