Got a call from someone named Alex claiming to be an energy consultant. He wanted to know if I owned the property "over there" or something. When I asked him to tell me which address he was referring to, he just suddenly ended the call!

So last week this guy Matthew called me and as soon as I mentioned I already had insulation in my loft, he just ended the call. Then today, another bloke called Alex rang, said he was an energy advisor and wanted to set up a survey for foam loft insulation. When I asked which company he was with, he just kept saying he was an energy advisor. I pressed him a bit more, asking if he was from an energy company or some independent group, and then he just cut me off. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.

Got a call from some bloke named Matthew about loft insulation. I told him I’d already had it sorted ages ago, then the call just dropped. Bit rude, aren’t they? Salespeople like that are so irritating.
