bennet and games recruitment got me an interview for a design engineer position. i managed to get through the phone interview and later had a face-to-face with the company, who confirmed they do work with bennet and games as their recruitment firm. so yeah, they're legit and not a scam or anything. unfortunately, i didn't land the job (bit gutted, to be honest).

bennet recruitment rang me, left a voicemail then followed up with a text. text came off a bit pushy so i ignored the voicemail. after looking up the number here, ive gone ahead and blocked it.

Had two missed calls with a voicemail left, then they went on to text and even email me. I told them to take my info off their list but they keep ringing anyway. I never gave them my details in the first place and by ignoring my removal request, they’re clearly breaching data protection rules. Honestly, they’re such a nuisance.

Got a call from Bennetts Recruitment on my home phone. I called back to find out what it was about, and the woman asked for my name, which I decided not to give. Then she asked if MCV is online somewhere - I just laughed and said no way, I'm 61 and they definitely shouldn't have my number! They weren't much help when I asked them to take my details off their list either.
