got a call last night from someone saying they were bt, saying my internet changed from private to public overnight or something. they tried to get me to give remote access to my pc to "fix" it. defo not an official call from bt, just a dodgy scam trying to mess with your computer. be careful!

Got a call claiming to be BT saying my internet had switched from private to public overnight. They asked to get into my computer to fix it. Told them straight away it was dodgy because BT would never ring for that. Total scam.
