I informed the caller that we were already certified and were under BSI. She acknowledged this but insisted on speaking to him anyway. Hello there, this number rang our work line looking for my husband, using just his first name. When I informed them he wasn't around, they mentioned they'd ring back but didn't provide their name, their company's identity, nor any other details. I discovered the number through 1471, and upon attempting to return the call, I ended up with part of an automated message requesting an unknown female to give them a call back. However, my attempts to connect properly just led to a dead end. Utterly frustrating!
