It's quite amusing, actually - Oriel spelled my really long, unusual Greek name the same wrong way PLUSNET (my old internet provider) did. It's a really weird, unpronounceable typo that looks like a finger slipped on the keyboard. I always spot things like that (like writing Karen as Kdaren). So I'm pretty sure Oriel has somehow nicked my info from PLUSNET. It’s just too much of a coincidence!

When I dialled the number, I ended up speaking to a lady who sounded British but seemed utterly bewildered about the situation.
