On the sixth of September, 2010, we received a rather peculiar phone call while looking up our details. The caller claimed we owed a hefty sum of two lakh rupees pertaining to an SBI credit card, which, I assure you, we have never possessed. What was particularly unsettling was their obvious knowledge of our current address, our former residence, the workplace we’re affiliated with, and various other personal information. When I challenged her to provide evidence of this supposed debt, she rather abruptly terminated the call, leaving me quite baffled by the entire encounter.

I received a call dated September 6, 2010, and the caller was inquiring about our personal information. We’ve confirmed that this is true, but they claim we owe two rupees for an SBI credit card, which is quite odd since we’ve never had any dealings of that kind. It’s concerning how much they knew about us, including our current and past addresses, as well as our workplace, alongside other sensitive details. The individual on the line was quite intimidating, insisting they had proof of our supposed debt. I asked them to provide this evidence, but they abruptly ended the call before I could get a response.
