Got a call from someone saying they were with Openreach, saying my internet was slow and they needed to check my router. That’s a load of rubbish - Openreach doesn’t ring customers directly, they only deal with the phone companies. Pretty clear it was a dodgy scammer trying to con me. Don’t fall for it, Openreach won't ever call you personally.
