Sorry for the late reply, but I reckon that call probably wasn’t really from Arbroath, Scotland. A young woman said she was ringing from “The Phone House Company” and said it twice. I kindly told her I’ve never heard of that company (which I think is made-up) and then she just said “alright then” and ended the call!
