I’ve never subscribed to Amazon Prime! The automated message prompted me to press 1 if I wanted to cancel or chat with someone, so I obliged, only to be connected to a lady whose accent was difficult to decipher. I explained that I don't hold an Amazon account and had no desire to start one either. I’ve checked my bank statements, and there's absolutely nothing related to it.
