I told her my number is ex-directory and should be blocked from their list, so she must have gotten it illegally. When I asked her to remove my number, she flat out refused and sounded really patronising and a bit aggressive. Definitely felt like a dodgy scam, acting so confident. Seems like they’re targeting vulnerable folk to get into people’s homes.

Got a call from a woman in Glasgow claiming to be from "Energy Scotland" about loft insulation. No way there’s a real company by that name! These folks have been running scams for years. The director even got in trouble back in 2016, got fined, but the company folded before they paid up!
