While I'm still waiting for Virgin Media to respond, the police and Action Fraud said there’s not much they can do but did offer some guidance. The only real option I see is to change the number - which feels frustrating since I've had it for 46 years. Strangers keep calling me back, thinking they missed my call, and I try to explain the situation, but it’s getting a bit much.
