I made an attempt to pick up since I recognised the area code. Unfortunately, my mobile signal dropped, causing the call to disconnect. However, I did catch that the woman on the line seemed familiar with my first name and even remarked on the poor reception. After waiting a few minutes, I decided to return the call (as I have been anticipating important communications regarding job opportunities). What greeted me was an automated message instructing me to "please hold the line, an advisor will be with you shortly," delivered in an accent reminiscent of American or Canadian origin. The call then connected to a muffled female voice (the signal was still shaky due to my rural location), which I thought I heard say, "You're through to SS" or possibly "SIS." Just then, the line cut off again, likely due to my end of the call.
