got a voicemail with a crappy quality and an american woman speaking. all i heard was something like "your service gonna be cut off, press 1 for bt or 2 for another company". total rubbish message.

I received a rather dodgy automated call stating, "Your internet connection is at risk. Hit 1 to resolve, or 2 to contact BT." The audio quality was appalling. Clearly a scam. When I tried to ring the number back, it was unrecognised. I've gone ahead and blocked it.

Got a robotic message saying ‘there’s a problem with your internet connection’ - sounded completely fake. Tried calling back, but the number was unfamiliar and the call quality was terrible. Total rubbish!
