I got a call from a landline in Abingdon. As soon as I picked up, there was nothing but silence for a moment, and then a robotic voice said "Goodbye!" and hung up.

They say it’s BT calling but I didn’t answer and there wasn’t any voicemail or anything, so I’m a bit suspicious. I got another call from a different number claiming to be BT too, but once again no message was left. I think I’ll just block those numbers now.

Someone called me claiming I could get a £15 Love to Shop voucher if I just answered a few questions. I had to ask a couple of times what they were actually selling, and eventually she said it was sofas and reclining chairs. I told her I wasn’t interested and she wouldn’t really say the name of their company. So, I just hung up.
