Whenever I dial another number, it somehow directly connects to this individual instead.

I've been getting calls from this unknown number repeatedly, so I've decided to block it.

This number seems to have a penchant for ringing me without fail, sometimes two or three times a day! Even though I either don’t pick up or decline the calls, they persist relentlessly and have been doing so for a couple of weeks now. Quite baffling, to be honest!

These chaps have rung me three times now, insisting they're from the Bank of Scotland, yet I'm quite firm in not divulging any personal details since they seem clueless about my identity. Rather suspicious, I'd say!
