Absolutely appalled by my recent experience with Amazon. They claimed I purchased two mobiles, which is utterly absurd! The person I spoke to was quite rude as well. To top it off, this call wasn't even compliant with the Telephone Preference Service, considering I’m already registered. Ridiculous!

In the UK, there’s really no legal backing to shield you from these sorts of nuisances. Honestly, you’d be better off telling them to bugger off since they’re nothing but a bunch of con artists who don’t merit a moment of your time.

I've been receiving calls claiming to be from EE, offering a 40% discount on my contract renewals. Strange thing is, I've had similar calls from various mobile numbers just within the last day. I've gone ahead and blocked them all.
