Received a call from someone with a heavy accent who was rambling on about Amazon. I could hardly make out what they were on about, so I ended up telling them to jog on and promptly blocked the number.

I received a call from this number earlier but chose not to pick up. I always let unfamiliar calls go to voicemail, assuming that if it’s legitimate, they'll leave a message. Decided to do a quick search on the number, and it appears there's quite a bit of dodgy activity linked to it. I've since added it to the blocked list on my phone.

I’ve received a fourth call from this number in just three days. It's absolutely ridiculous! Clearly a scam, so do yourself a favour and just block, ignore, and delete. It’s becoming increasingly irritating!

I got a call from this number, but as soon as I picked up, the line went dead. I can’t really say what the caller's intention might have been. However, considering the information I've seen on this site suggesting potential scamming activities, I've decided to block it. Better safe than sorry!

I received a phone call claiming to be from O2, stating that as a former Virgin Media customer, I was chosen for a special offer on my mobile plan for the ensuing year. When I probed for more specifics, their responses were rather vague and unconvincing. Sensing a scam, I expressed my doubts, and the caller abruptly hung up, mentioning they'd ring again in an hour. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

I received a call indicating they were from O2 and that as a 'valued customer' I could snag a 40% discount. When I mentioned that I’m already enjoying a discount that exceeds that, they promptly ended the call. It’s obvious this was just a dodgy scam!

I reckon this number is dodgy and pretending to be from Virgin Media. They were really persistent, trying to get me to verify my personal details linked to my Virgin Media account. They even said as a loyal customer, I could snag a 30% discount for the year ahead. Then they mentioned passing me over to their manager. That’s when I decided to hang up.
