The moment I heard their pitch, I sensed it was a con, but I decided to have a bit of fun and gave them some made-up information. Once they started asking for my banking details, I promptly ended the conversation and blocked their number. Quite the experience, really!

I received a call from a gentleman with a heavy accent claiming to be Kevin from the BT tech support team. He went on about some issues with my internet connection and broadband service. When I started probing him for details, he seemed to lose his temper and became quite irate, before abruptly ending the call. Very peculiar indeed!
