I received a rather dubious phone call from someone purporting to be an Amazon representative, claiming there was an issue with my Prime subscription renewal. Apparently, they wanted me to update my payment information via a shifty-sounding call centre, which immediately raised my suspicions. It’s hard to believe that a reputable company like Amazon would operate in such an unprofessional manner. Clearly, this is a scam!

Got another call today allegedly from Amazon Prime saying my account was hacked, but I don’t even have one! They keep ringing from all sorts of numbers, it’s just ridiculous now. Totally fed up with it.
