It’s occurred on three separate occasions now, and despite her telling them that this person isn’t known to her, they persist in ringing her. It's absolutely necessary that this needs to cease immediately; she’s quite elderly and vulnerable, and the stress is taking a toll on her. I've made attempts to call the number directly, but it continually disconnects.
