I didn't receive any response when I replied. It's possible that Benefits UK is the culprit. They are quite bothersome. I have previously informed them that I am registered with TPS, but they seem unaffected by that. Such behavior from them and people similar to them tarnishes the reputation of the telecommunications industry.

I’m using a CALL BLOCKER already, but these guys keep ringing from numbers on that Call List. Today alone, they rang me three times. I once got bombarded with 25 calls in a single day from this Indian/Pakistani scam crew. They start by chatting about jobs or bills, but then they try to sneakily ask about your BANK DETAILS - seriously, don’t engage with them, it’s risky. Luckily, with my BLOCKER in place, they can’t actually get through to me, but they just don’t give up!
