Someone rang me today but I missed it, so I looked the number up online and ended up blocking it. If you haven’t got a call blocker, seriously consider getting one, they really cut down on all the annoying calls. Also, sign up with TPS (Telephone Preference Service) and if you do answer, tell them you’re on the TPS list and want your number taken off their calling list. By law, they shouldn’t call you once you’re registered.

I got a call from 02342541234 but when I tried to check online there was nothing about it. The caller was a right nasty person. I told him he’d just woken up my baby, which was true and he answered with “go to hell.” I couldn’t make out most of what he said, but that bit was loud and clear.

This person keeps ringing me and it's so frustrating. They call quite often, sometimes using my name, but when I ask who it is, they just say my name again. Other times, like today, I pick up and just say hello and they hang up straight away. It happened again at 08:53 this morning! I haven’t got a clue how to block the number. I'm not feeling great and it's driving me mad. My family and mates all know not to call me early because I'm trying to get better from cancer, but even if I let it go to voicemail, the phone still wakes me up.

With the third caller, I mentioned that he was infringing the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations of 2003, and once again, he hung up without hesitation. NOT AGAIN! This is getting really annoying. Just today, Monday 29th May, about 9.07am, I deliberately let it go through to voicemail cause I’m unwell and my mates and family know not to bother me early. They’ve rung me a few times now. Some calls just disconnect while other times there’s someone talking with an Indian accent. Whenever I ask them where they’re calling from, they just end the call.

I’ve been inundated with as many as five calls daily, both on my landline and mobile, from this number. I did a bit of digging on Google to find out how to block it and followed the instructions I found. Fingers crossed that this does the trick!

I was quite nice and told them I couldn’t understand and asked them not to call again, but they keep ringing every single day. Got a call at 8.57am today, Saturday 27th May. I answered with a hello but they just ended the call straight away. It's happening way too much lately. I'm not feeling great and the stress isn't doing me any favours with getting better. Even if they didn’t say anything, I’d still reckon this counts as harassment.

Got a call from a woman with an accent, said she was from some "claim management" firm, wanted to update their records and asked me three questions. When I asked why I should care about updating info for a company I don’t even know, she just said "because" and then ended the call. Feels like they’re trying to get your details to use for stealing or something later on.

This 01234019024 number rings my landline at least a couple times daily, from some firm called Home Save. An Indian bloke called Peter (yeah right) keeps calling - had a Peter on the line before. Told him to stop calling me, but he just argued he never rang me before. Mate, my caller ID says otherwise, and I’m the one picking up! Now I just hit the fax button to make that screeching noise or blow a whistle to annoy him, ’cause they just won’t quit!

Just got a call from some bloke called Roger Thomson with a really thick Indian accent. This same number has been ringing me non-stop the past three days. When I asked where he got my number from, he just hung up on me. It's so annoying how they keep calling, I've had enough and blocked the number now.

I keep getting calls from folks looking for a Mr Johnstone. I’m not bothered since I reckon it’s some sort of scam. Normally, I just tell them to hang on a sec while I pretend to answer the door, then I drop the phone under the sofa cushion and get on with whatever I was doing. Gotta say, I’ve totally forgotten about the call a fair few times!

No reply from the other side even though I could hear some noise in the background. I’m probably quite cheeky, and it depends on how brave you feel, but I really enjoy messing with these callers. Had loads of laughs with those who claim my computer's got issues! Just don’t switch it on, head to the bathroom, sit yourself down and relax. Whenever they ask you to do something, just say “yep, all done”. They usually figure it out eventually, but it’s worth getting on their nerves - feels so good!

Keeps ringing my phone nonstop. Every time, there's an Indian accent. Last time, the person on the other end asked, "may I talk to the lady of the house?" When I questioned the reason, they just ended the call. Bit odd if you ask me!!

Got a call from 01234919024 today but when I tried ringing back, no answer at all (didn't even hear it ring). My phone uses "call guardian" so maybe it stopped the call. Seriously, why aren't these numbers getting blocked for good? They’re just scammers trying to nick money from people. Makes me so annoyed!

Spoke to an Indian lady, her English wasn’t very clear and she was speaking really quickly. Kept telling me not to hang up so she could ask some questions. She wanted me to confirm my name and address but I got a bit annoyed and hung up. Feels like these calls are just annoying and borderline harassment.

Homesave called me, and I told them I wasn't interested and asked them not to call again. They rang back a couple hours later, so I told them the same thing again and then blocked the number. Yet, they keep calling and leaving voicemails. Really annoying.
