I couldn't quite tell if I was dealing with a usual cold caller or a dodgy scam artist, but honestly, I had zero interest in his spiel. He went on about online trading, trying to persuade me to jump on board with them. Quite frankly, that sort of thing doesn't appeal to me at all. If their offers were as brilliant as they claim, surely they wouldn't resort to ringing me out of the blue like this. No thank you, I think I'll pass!

been getting calls from this number quite a bit lately, even got one just last night. i'm quite old and really don't appreciate calls so late. it only rings briefly and then cuts off before i manage to pick up!

cold callers would probably stop if no one bothered to listen, but the thing is, some folks still do, so they keep at it. me personally, i just ignore them completely. whenever a company rings me out of the blue or sends unwanted post, i make it a point to never buy anything from them - and ive stuck to that rule quite a few times now.

I picked up, but heard nothing for a few seconds. Out of nowhere, I heard the click like someone just got on the line. A lady then asked if I could put her through to our director by his first name. I told her he wasn’t around, and she just cut off straight away. Definitely sounded like a spam call to me.
