I got a call from an Asian guy claiming to work for some accident firm. I told him my number’s on the TPS list, so he really shouldn’t be ringing me up. He then told me to be polite, which I did try to be. When I warned him that calling despite the TPS could land him in trouble legally, he just told me to jog on.

Got a call from some Asian bloke claiming he was from an accident aftercare team about a crash I supposedly got in. I just said, "did i really?" and he hung up straight away. Some pushy bloke with an Asian accent called me, acting all aggressive trying to scam me. I’d just been in a crash and told him straight off I wasn’t interested and was already sorting it out. Then he went on about needing to check my info for the other party. I said it was all being handled, but he kept pushing and got all ratty when I said he should email any questions and I’d forward them to my lawyers. After that, he just hung up. No clue where he got my landline from.

I recently received a rather dubious call from this number. The bloke on the line had a thick accent, making it nigh on impossible for me to catch the name of the company he represented. He mentioned something about getting my number from Aviva insurance-mind you, I've never even been a customer of theirs! To add to my annoyance, I’m registered with the Telephone Preference Service and my number is ex-directory. And can you believe it? It was a Sunday! When I pressed him for more details about their identity, he abruptly ended the call. No doubt about it, this is a complete nuisance-caller identified themselves as 'Something Services'.

Initially, there was nothing but silence, and then a lady with an Asian accent came on the line, claiming she was calling regarding some incident involving me.
