I got a call from an Asian guy claiming to work for some accident firm. I told him my number’s on the TPS list, so he really shouldn’t be ringing me up. He then told me to be polite, which I did try to be. When I warned him that calling despite the TPS could land him in trouble legally, he just told me to jog on.

Got a call from some Asian bloke claiming he was from an accident aftercare team about a crash I supposedly got in. I just said, "did i really?" and he hung up straight away. Some pushy bloke with an Asian accent called me, acting all aggressive trying to scam me. I’d just been in a crash and told him straight off I wasn’t interested and was already sorting it out. Then he went on about needing to check my info for the other party. I said it was all being handled, but he kept pushing and got all ratty when I said he should email any questions and I’d forward them to my lawyers. After that, he just hung up.
