I’m really puzzled about this whole situation regarding an alleged car crash that I’m certain never took place. Has anyone else come across this story or got the tiniest inkling of what’s going on? It seems to be floating around, but I can’t find any solid proof to back it up. Just curious if anyone else has been in the loop on this.

You can try blocking them, but these lot just keep ringing from a different number that you don't have blocked yet... It's proper annoying. I've put about ten or more of their numbers on my block list already and still, they keep phoning. Honestly, I'm just going to answer with a loud whistle from now on, that’s what they’re gonna get!

Just got another call about some accident I supposedly was involved in. The woman on the line spoke with an Indian accent. I told her several times that I've never had an accident and asked them to remove me from their list. She then snapped at me, saying I was shouting at her! I wasn’t even shouting, but I’m so tired of these constant calls now. Blocked yet another number.

I reckon they assumed I was an easy target. Had someone ring me up, claiming they could get me an iPhone 14 for a fraction of the price. The chap on the phone said he was from Three Mobile but had a really strong foreign twang to his voice. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

somebody called claiming to be from o2, using a number beginning with 0344. When i told them to remove my number from their records, they actually replied with ‘are you bloody mad’ - hardly what i expected!

Some person rang me, saying they were from O2 and offering a 40% cut on my next bill. They kept fishing for my details but only knew I was an O2 customer by pure chance. I mucked about a bit, just to see what they’d try next, but then they just ended the call. Before they did, I told them I get everyone’s gotta earn a crust, but surely there’s a nicer way to do it.

Like many others have said, it never actually rang, just showed up as a missed call. I’m certain it’s a scam, so best to BLOCK IT STRAIGHT AWAY. Honestly, I blame the mobile providers - ee, Vodaphone, BT and all the rest. They rake in loads of cash 💷 yet just wash their hands of it, saying "not our problem gov, we only handed out the number". These companies really ought to be held accountable for every number they distribute and collect money for.

I got a call from a number I didn't recoginse and neither the company. So I rang it back and a voice said it was Star Pro Communications. Looking at what others have said, it seems like it might be some sort of scam or just telemarketers trying to sell something.

Got a call from an unknown number, and when I rang back it said it was Star Pro Communications. After reading some of the reviews here, it seems like it might be either a scam or just some telemarketers. Weird thing was, the first time I tried calling them, I just got a blank line, but the second time it went through fine. Tried again after a bit and the same thing happened - first silence, then connection on the next call.
