I received a rather unpleasant call concerning my life insurance today. The individual on the other end had a noticeable foreign accent, which led me to believe he was working from a call centre. When I declined to divulge any information about my policy, he turned quite aggressive and began to speak to me in a shockingly disrespectful manner.

I got a call about my life insurance, but it didn’t go well. When I asked him to repeat what he’d said, he just snapped “what?” which came off as pretty rude. I was honest and told him I was busy working - who isn’t around 11 in the morning? Then suddenly he told me to #### off, can you believe that?! Someone’s clearly given this bloke the wrong attitude; honestly, I think he’s a total muppet.
