Said they were from O2 but definitely a scammer. Felt sketchy from the start. Wouldn’t trust that number at all.

Somebody called claiming to be from 02 saying they could cut my bill in half, no sign-up needed. They wanted access to my O2 app, so I just gave them a bogus email address. They tried to connect me to another team, probably thinking they had something good, but I just ended up hanging up and blocking the number.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with o2, but I don't even use o2.

I had an Indian caller trying to fish for my email address. When I declined to provide it, he just hung up.

Pretty sure it was a scam. The person on the other end just breathed heavily and then dropped the call.

A chap with an Indian accent rang me, claiming to represent O2. I didn't stick around to hear more and ended the call abruptly.

This was definitely one of them scam calls.

An Indian chap rang me up, stating he was ringing from O2 and that my number had supposedly won a 50% discount. I informed him I wasn’t with their service, and before I knew it, he swiftly ended the call. Just a heads up to everyone out there!

There are rumours circulating that EE and O2 have joined forces, and now there’s an offer of a 50% discount being dangled in front of customers. It all seems rather dodgy, if you ask me.

I decided not to pick up the call, as the search results indicate it's likely a scam regarding phone rates and they're keen on obtaining your email address and such.

I recently received a rather puzzling offer where they were keen on slashing my next monthly fee by half. However, they insisted that I confirm my email without actually providing it to me. The funny thing is, my number isn't even tied to any monthly subscription! :)

I was approached with an offer for a year's worth of my phone bill at half price. I told them to send the details to my app and requested they hold the line for a moment. When they asked for my email address, I replied, "If you're really with the phone company, you ought to have my email already." The call ended abruptly after that!

I think this was just another classic scam from some boiler room in India. They claimed I could get half price with O2 for being a loyal customer, even though I haven’t been with O2 for ages. Usual nonsense chat went on before they finally admitted it was a scam call.

They’re advertising a whopping 50% off, but then they go and request your email address and make attempts to reset your account password for phone purchases. Definitely a dodgy number-stay vigilant!

I received a rather dubious call recently from someone asserting that O2 and EE had united forces as of December 2023, which, after a swift bit of research on Google, is completely unfounded! They went on to dangle the tempting carrot of a 50% reduction on my EE bill for the forthcoming month, provided I shared my email address and possibly other personal information. I politely declined the offer, and just like that, the chap - who spoke with a pronounced Indian accent - ended the call without even a nod of appreciation for my time. Quite rude, if you ask me!
