In response to that individual mentioning the “poor sound quality, with a lot of chatter in a call centre,” just a heads up: scammers occasionally use recordings of call centre sounds to make their calls seem more legitimate. Today at about 1:10pm I got a call from a guy with a strong Indian accent, said he was from the broadband company. You could hear loads of noise like he was in some call centre. When I asked him for my account info, he said I had to log into his system. I wasn’t having any of it and just ended the call.
