I had a rather unpleasant experience with a chap who rang me up, insisting he was from Microsoft. When I questioned him, things quickly escalated into a bit of a row. He resorted to name-calling and refused to end the call. After a while, the connection dropped, but that didn’t stop him-he rang me back twice, hurling insults and even left a rather creepy message of him just breathing heavily on my voicemail. I tried using my call blocker, yet he still managed to slip through the cracks! Quite infuriating! 😡
