I've been bombarded by numerous calls from this number claiming to be the Pension Review Service. The frequency of these calls seems to be on the rise. Since they’re just automated voices delivering pre-recorded messages, the Telephone Preference Service won’t be able to help with these instances, so don’t bother notifying them. Instead, it’s best to report the nuisance to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). You can find their website at

where you can submit a report online. While they may not be able to put an end to these calls straightaway, they do impose penalties on firms that get identified. If enough of us take action, it might just make a difference!

Just had yet another annoying call from the Pension Review Service. It’s the same old number and, of course, the usual “press 5” nonsense. I’ve gone ahead and reported it to the Telephone Preference Service.

Yet another company pestering me about PPI claims. They kick off the phone call with some pre-recorded spiel - instructing you to hit 5 if you want a "complete automatic refund within 12 weeks." Absolute nonsense! Definitely a scam!
