I’d say it’s best not to choose any options during the call to avoid getting hit with unexpected phone charges. Sounds like a dodgy scheme trying to get your bank details and nick your cash. I just ended the call straight away!

Back on 14/8/13, I got this weird message that wasn’t clear but said something about me being due a refund. It told me to press 5 if I wanted to get it, or 9 if I didn’t want any more calls. After seeing what folks said about the number here, I didn’t want to call back and took no chances.

I tried calling it back, but the line said it wasn’t in service. Things have felt a bit off lately, especially since my mum recently passed away and I’m still adjusting to living on my own, which I really don’t like. Just thought I’d share this. I’m quite new to using a computer, so hope I’ve done this correctly.
