I keep getting these phone calls from this number, going on about roof insulation and some new government regulations that claim fibreglass insulation is no longer permitted. Being partially deaf, I can’t quite catch everything they say, so I decided to hang up rather than risk it. Not sure if it’s a legitimate call or just a nuisance!
