I got a call from 01229836517 but when I picked up, nobody said a word. It was pretty frustrating. Honestly, I think it's a bit much to keep ringing and not even bother saying anything - feels kind of like harassment to me.

Some bloke claimed he was from bt openreach, i asked which scam he was running and then it just went dead silent before they chucked the phone down.
