I got shouted at just for ringing him?! Honestly, sounded like one of those Indian call centre types.

Had a chat with BT Openreach about my dodgy router, mentioned John supposedly rang on Monday and sorted it by logging in. That wasn’t quite the truth tho. I kept him hanging, asking if they were sure they knew their stuff since the issue’s still there. Finished off by telling him what a proper lying git he was.
